Wednesday, March 30, 2022 | First day to make application for a Vote by Mail ballot. |
Thursday, May 19, 2022 | First day for mailing of Vote by Mail ballots. First day for early voting at the office of the election authority. |
Tuesday, May 31, 2022 | Last day for regular registration or transfer of registration within the office of the election authority. |
Wednesday, June 1, 2022 | First day for grace period registration and voting in the office of the election authority. |
Thursday, June 23, 2022 | Last day for the election authority to receive application for vote by mail from any registered voter. |
Monday, June 27, 2022 | Last day for early voting. Last day for any registered voter to make application in person for a vote by mail ballot. |

Public Test – Public Service Announcement March 24, 2022
On Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., the Danville Election Commission will conduct a Public Test of the election equipment for the upcoming June 28, 2022, General Primary Election.
The test will be conducted at the Danville Election Commission office, Vermilion County Administration Building, Lower Level, 201 N Vermilion Street, Danville IL 61832.
Performing the test will be: Barbara Bailey, Chairwoman, Thomas J. Mellen II, Vice Chairperson and David J. Ryan, Secretary.
Public Re-Test – Public Service Announcement March 24, 2022
On Tuesday, July 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., the Danville Election Commission will be performing its Public Re-test of the election equipment that was used for the June 28, 2022, General Primary Election.
The test will be conducted at the Danville Election Commission office, Vermilion County Administration Building, Lower Level, 201 N Vermilion Street, Danville IL 61832.
Performing the re-test will be: Barbara Bailey, Chairwoman, Thomas J. Mellen II, Vice Chairperson and David J. Ryan, Secretary.
