What is Early Voting? Early Voting is a process that allows any registered voter to cast a ballot prior to Election Day at the Vote Center for either Vermilion County or the Danville Election Commission. Once an Early Vote is cast, it cannot be rescinded. No reason is necessary for voting early. Ballots cast early are tabulated at the Administration Building on Election Day, by teams of Election Judges, after the polls close.
