Sealed proposals will be received in the office of the County Engineer, 2732 Batestown Road, Oakwood, IL 61858, until 10:00AM on March 12, 2026 for County and Township proposals as listed below. Proposals will be opened and read at that time.
- Township Bituminous Materials 26-XX000-02-GM
- Provide FOB bituminous material for various Road Districts in Vermilion County, IL
- Township Seal Coat 26-XX000-03-GM
- Furnish and Spread bituminous material with Load, Haul, Spread and Roll aggregates for seal coat
- Township Calcium Chloride 26-XX000-04-GM
- Calcium Chloride Applied on various roads for Township Road Districts in Vermilion County
- Vermilion County Seal Coat 26-00000-03-GM
- Placement of an A1 Seal Coat on various roads
- Vermilion County Cape Seal Batestown Road 26-00000-06-GM
- Placement of a Cape Seal on CH 36 (Batestown Road)
Sealed proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by Vermilion County, which may be obtained at 2732 Batestown Road, Oakwood, IL 61858.
The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. A proposal guaranty is required.
