CITY OF DANVILLE
EARLY VOTING LOCATIONS
CONSOLIDATED ELECTION - APRIL 5, 2011

Pursuant to 10 ILCS 5/19A-25(a) of the Illinois Election Code, Early Voting for the Consolidated Election for all City of Danville Precincts will be conducted on the following dates prior to the April 5, 2011, Consolidated Election at the following locations:

Monday - Friday March 21 - March 25	Danville Election Commission Office 6 N. Vermilion, Danville, IL	8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday March 26	Danville Election Commission Office 6 N. Vermilion, Danville, IL	9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Monday - Thursday March 28 - March 31	Danville Election Commission Office 6 N. Vermilion, Danville, IL	8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Any registered voter in the City of Danville may use the above location for Early Voting.

WHAT IS EARLY VOTING?  Early Voting is a process that allows any registered voter to cast a ballot prior to Election Day at the Vote Center for the Danville Election Commission.  Early Voters must be registered voters prepared to present a valid picture ID showing their current voter registration address.  Once an Early Vote is cast, it cannot be rescinded.  No reason is necessary for voting early.  Ballots cast early are tabulated at the Courthouse Annex on Election Day, by teams of Election Judges, after the polls close.



Regular in-person absentee voting which also does not require a reason, is available April 4, 2011 as well as on Saturday, April 2, 2011.
