Admission Requirements
Admissions are not limited to
Vermilion County residents. The nursing home accepts Medicare, Medicaid,
VA contract, insurance contracts, private pay and hospice
residents.
Admission requirements include a physician's order specifying
the appropriate level of care, a completed admission form, and a physical
exam.
Intermediate care is for residents who need help
with daily living activities on a short or long-term basis. Skilled nursing is
for patients who require more intensive care such as feeding tubes, intravenous
infusions and medications, and wound care.
